My name is Nathan von Gohren and my wife is Shelly. My Wife and I have 7 children ages 7-17. We were first introduced to the Argintine Dogo (GOOBER) in the spring of 2005 at a friends landscape nursery where the dog interacted with strange coustomers, children and other pets ( English Mastiff, Horses, a pot belly pig, thats right a pig was his friend). The way this animal wants to please its master and the gentialness it shows with children was exactly what I always wanted in a family pet.

I began to study the Argintine Dogo breed to understand as much as possible about why this dog is bread and what the breed is intended for. I wanted to also know the temperment, nutrition, and history of behavior with other Dogos other than Goober. Once I had a good understanding of the dog, I started talking with any Dogo kennel that would spare some time with me and I started studing pedegrees, matching them with pictures and statements about each Dogo in a pedigree.

Finaly in early 2007 I went to the kennel that Goober came from and brought home our first Dogo, Sheba.
